“At CSM Services we service, repair, sell and hire forklift trucks. We chose Service Geeni to improve our processes and efficiency so that when we receive job requests, we can respond promptly and assign the right engineer to the job. Once a job is marked completed on site it can then go straight off for invoicing. This helps us to provide a better service to our customers, we’re improving efficiency by completing more jobs and getting paid quicker, because Service Geeni also integrates with Sage.
In addition to the above, we also chose Service Geeni as it was the right fit for the repair and maintenance work we carry out as it enables us to use custom job sheets keep a digital record of all our forklift trucks, service records and annual Thorough Examinations we complete, which we have to keep for a minimum of 7 years.
One of the main benefits of Service Geeni is the ease in which we can access the information we need to. Data visibility is really important and this is massively improved with Service Geeni, benefitting everyone in our business. As we continue to use Service Geeni and the data in the software grows and our teams become more efficient we know that results are only going to get better and better.
