Jane manages the day-to-day running of our development and support teams to ensure they give the best service possible to our clients.
Having been with the business for a decade, she previously held a customer service role as part of a large, international group of companies, and owned her own business for 20 years.
From her first interaction with Service Geeni, she wanted to part of our team; recognising that our passion for our business and our customers matched her own. Today, it is Jane’s role to understand our customers’ needs and requirements and make every experience a positive one. To do this, she strives for continuous improvements to service and delivery throughout our business. She remains proud to be a part of our management team and our company’s future.
Jane is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
