Dave came to us straight from studying Computer Science at university. Joining the company as a Business Analyst, having since demonstrated his skills on many complex and large-scale projects, today he is responsible for the customer management and implementation of our SaaS-based products. He also has an input into the design and implementation of new and existing features.
Dave enjoys the balance of work afforded to him here at Service Geeni, from managing projects to liaising with customers. Plus, having input into the design of new features, delivering improvements, and overcoming different challenges appeals to the tech geek part of him.
Throughout his time in our organisation, customer satisfaction has remained his priority, and he thrives on being honest and understanding to help realise customer needs.
